Join me for an introduction to Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), an evidence-based approach used as an adjunctive treatment for PTSD.
You’ll learn how TCTSY can support:
• Increased interoceptive awareness
• Improved emotional regulation
• Increase Coping Skills
This workshop is an opportunity to restore while you learn—combining clinical insight with an accessible, all-level yoga experience.
Space is limited; early registration is encouraged.
The workshop will include an all-level, accessible yoga experience along with a discussion of the TCTSY model and its clinical applications.
If attending a scheduled workshop is not convenient, we also offer on-site presentations and experiential workshops for clinical teams for Livingston County, Washtenaw County, and surrounding area.
