If this feels familiar, you are not alone. Many people in caregiving roles give so much to others that their own nervous system rarely gets a chance to reset.
Restore & Reconnect offers a weekly space to pause, breathe, and gently return to yourself.
A Different Kind of Support
This group is not about pushing harder, fixing yourself, or adding more pressure to your schedule.
Instead, the experience is designed to be gentle, supportive, and restorative.
Each session integrates practices known to support stress reduction and nervous system regulation, including:
• Trauma-informed yoga and gentle movement
• Breathwork that encourages calm and balance
• Guided meditation and deep relaxation
• Creative reflection practices that support nervous system
• A quiet, supportive environment where participation is always a choice
You can simply arrive as you are and allow the practices to support your body and mind.

You do not need any prior experience with yoga or meditation. All practices are accessible, choice-based, and trauma-informed, allowing you to participate in ways that feel comfortable for you.
This Group May Not Be the Right Fit If:
• You are looking for a physically intense yoga class
• You prefer a highly structured therapeutic group with required sharing
• You are looking for clinical mental health treatment
This group is designed as a supportive mind–body wellness experience that complements other forms of care.
