Vibrational Sound Therapy
Ann Arbor
Location
Vibrational Sound Therapy offers a deeply restorative experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with the body. Using therapeutic metal singing bowls offered either on or off the body, gentle vibrational resonance invites the body into a state of rest while supporting awareness, grounding, and balance.
Each session is thoughtfully guided and adapted to individual comfort and preference. The sound and vibration created by the bowls may support release of physical tension, emotional settling, and a sense of spaciousness within the body and mind.
Sessions may include:
Therapeutic metal singing bowls used on or off the body (your choice)
Guided meditation or grounding practices
Gentle somatic awareness and breath support
Opportunities for quiet rest and integration.
No prior experience is needed. Participants remain fully clothed and are invited to rest comfortably throughout the session.
Who This Practice May Support:
Stress or nervous system overwhelm
Compassion fatigue or burnout
Sleep challenges
Chronic tension
Emotional fatigue or life transitions.
Sessions are offered with a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes choice, comfort, and respectful collaboration.
