Pay What You Can – Sunday In Person Sessions

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Gentle Spirit Connection is offering two “pay what you can” online sessions. May 17th and May 31st, 2026.

These small-group gatherings are a gentle introduction to Gentle Spirit Connection—especially if you’ve never been before—and a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Whether you’re moving through grief, stress, or simply seeking a sense of peace, you are welcome here. You are welcome to attend one of the classes or both.

May 17th | 6-7pm (60 minutes)
A Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) class. This is a gentle, all-levels movement experience focused on choice, body awareness, and creating a sense of safety within.

May 31st | 6-7pm (60 minutes)
A calming, integrative session blending somatic practice, vibrational sound bowls, meditation, and simple creative expression. Designed to help you release tension, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

Energy Exchange:
These are pay-what-you-can offerings. A suggested contribution is $15–$35 per class, though you’re welcome to give what feels right for you.

After booking, you’ll receive a link to submit your contribution and finalize your registration.

Spots are limited to keep the space intentional and supportive. Registration in advance is suggested.
