Trauma-Sensitive Yoga to Help You Feel More Grounded and at Ease in you Body
A gentle, body-based approach to support healing from stress, trauma, and overwhelm
—at your own pace, with choice every step of the way.
What is TCTSY?
Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is a gentle, evidence-based practice designed to support healing from trauma, chronic stress, and burnout.
Rather than focusing on how a pose looks, this approach invites you to notice what you feel in your body—helping rebuild a sense of connection, safety, and choice from within.
No prior yoga experience is needed. There’s no pressure to perform, stretch deeply, or “get it right.”
